Optimate GmbH is an independent spin-off from high-tech company TRUMPF that specializes in the digital analysis and optimization of sheet metal parts and is based in Stuttgart. Optimate aims to enable the sheet metal processing market to design more sustainably, reduce costs and manufacture more efficiently. Designing and manufacturing companies are provided with sheet metal design knowledge at the push of a button with the patented software solution. The cloud service includes feasibility checks, cost calculation and automated redesign and can be used via the web app or a connected API interface. With a view to sustainable optimization of manufacturing effort and material usage, users thus receive valuable assistance from AI-based design support as early as the product development process.
